You
train hard in the gym. Pushing yourself when your body is
crying out for mercy! Day after day..but somehow you're just
not making the gains your efforts deserve!
Ever wondered
WHY? When
you work out you're actually breaking down your muscle tissue.
Small "micro tears" within the muscle fibres are caused
during resistance/weight training. Don't worry! These "micro
tears"
mean you've trained hard enough to stimulate muscle repair and
growth. Remember, only training stimulates muscles
to grow. It doesn't make them grow!
Many people wrongly assume that because their muscles " pump
up" during workouts that thats when they're growing! In
fact that's only your blood increasing the bloodflow to your
muscles
during exercise. The pump soon goes afterwards leaving tired
muscles that need Rest and Nutrition to
repair/recover and grow.
If you are to reap the rewards of your excertions in the gym..then
remember muscle building doesn't
stop once you leave it!In fact it's just beginning!
Most
people know that weight trainers and bodybuilders need
more protein!
It's generally
accepted among athletes that 1g of protein per 1lb bodyweight
is required to add muscle whilst strength training. That can
be a lot of protein to consume! Protein
Powders offer an excellent way to obtain quality proteins
in a quick and tasty way! In addition they're digested much quicker
than traditional protein sources such as meat, chicken etc. and
that's just what you want after a tiring workout!.......INSTANT
